For the opportunity to participate in activities offered or made known by Raising Responsible Citizens Education Foundation (“RRC”) and FM Education (“FME”), I hereby release RRC's and FME's employees, agents, affiliates, assigns, licensees, publishers, business partners, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “RRC Parties”) from all liabilities, whether as a result of RRC Parties' negligence.

I also grant the perpetual, irrevocable and free rights and permission to use throughout the world, to use and reuse in any manner whatsoever, and without restriction, compensation, requirement for , image, photo, portrait, voice, sound-alike, likeness, and persona (the “Publicity Rights”), together with all photographs, negatives, digital images, film, portraits, pictures, audio recordings, and other reproductions taken or made of me or minor children I sign up for the RRC activities (or in which we are included in whole or in part) by, or on behalf of, any RRC Party at any time or which I provide to RRC (collectively, “Recordings”).

I acknowledge and agree that the foregoing grant shall specifically permit the RRC Parties, without limitation, to use and reuse in any manner whatsoever, without restriction, all Recordings, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs, pictures, film, text, audio recordings, and all other materials, in any medium or form of distribution, whether currently existing or hereafter discovered (including all print, electronic, and digital mediums and form of distribution, including electronic publishing via the Internet), and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, all for advertising, marketing, promotional, trade, business, and commercial purposes, as well as to use my name, or any fictitious name, in connection therewith.

I acknowledge and agree RRC shall be free to use and exploit the Publicity Rights and the Recordings without any duty or obligation to me, including without limitation, any duty of accounting, or obligation to make any payment, to me. I forever relinquish and waive any right or claim to any payment from RRC of any nature whatsoever for, or relating to, any use of the Publicity Rights and/or the Recordings.

I forever relinquish and waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve any adaptation or use of the Publicity Rights or the Recordings, or any materials used in conjunction with the Publicity Rights or the Recordings. I further forever relinquish and waive any all rights of attribution relating to the Publicity Rights and the Recordings.

I hereby forever, release, discharge, and acquit the RRC Parties, together with all other persons and entities acting with the authority or permission of RRC, from, against, and with respect to any claims I may have under Virginia Code § 8.01-40 (or any other applicable law relating to the Publicity Rights) and all demands, claims, suits, actions, causes of action, obligations, and liability (collectively, “Claims”) of every kind, nature, and description whatsoever, whenever arising or accruing, and whether known or unknown, asserted or unasserted, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with, directly or indirectly, (a) the creation, publication and/or use of the Recordings; and/or (b) the use of any of the Publicity Rights. The foregoing release expressly includes, without limitation, all Claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, libel, violation of rights of publicity, or violation of any other personal, proprietary, or intellectual property rights.

I hereby affirm that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and have the right to contract in my own name. I have carefully read the above terms of this agreement (“Release”), and I fully understand the terms of this Release. This Release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, personal representatives, legal representatives and permitted assigns.
